Paper Submission

Interested authors are invited to submit a paper proposal in Arabic, French or English in a Word Format, 
Times New Roman font, size 12 and single spaced. The proposal must include the following: the title of the proposal, 
name and contact details of the author(s) (title and organization, email address). Abstracts should have 
2000to 2500 words, five keywords as well as a brief bibliography. Abstracts must clearly state the issue, 
the methodology used and the main expected results.
